Why we use it

To provide education and pastoral care, report on pupils' progress, communicate with families, manage admissions, and meet our legal obligations.

Who can see it

Access to the portal is restricted by role. Parents can only see records of the children linked to their account. Teachers can only access classes and subjects assigned to them. We do not sell personal data, and we share it only where required by law or with your consent.

How we protect it

Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, account lockout after repeated failed sign-ins, optional two-step verification, restricted file storage, and audit logging of sensitive actions.

Photos

Photos of pupils appear on the public website only with parental consent. To withdraw consent or request removal of an image, please contact us.

Your rights
